At Wellspring Personal Care, we provide high-quality, high-touch nurse-led in-home care. We serve clients who want something other than the usual hourly service agency and who need at least 40 caregiving hours per week. Wellspring serves the Chicago metropolitan area, including Cook, DuPage, Lake, and northern Will Counties.

Nurse-led home care rates and payment
Our current rates are as follows. All services are private pay. We provide convenient electronic billing and payment options.
Hourly caregiver rate: $40 per hour
Licensed Practical Nurse: $75 per hour
